Our main general office is located in central Middlesbrough and is open for drop in advice and assistance. Telephone and email advice is also available. View our contact page to find out how to get in touch.

Our community welfare benefit advice service supports the work of our main general office, and works in partnership with Middlesbrough Councils Welfare Rights Unit, Age UK Teesside, Cleveland Housing Advice Centre and ACTES, to deliver easily accessible community advice. See below for the locations.
