Citizens Advice Middlesbrough employs 30 paid staff, in various roles ranging from chief officer, advice manager, project managers, caseworkers and admin workers. Service delivery and support is provided by a team 60 fully trained volunteers in various roles. Citizens Advice Middlesbrough reports directly to its own board of trustees. This ensures that our charity is set up to achieve what is it is designed to accomplish.
The service provided by Citizens Advice staff is impartial. It is open to everybody, irrespective of ability, age, gender, gender identity, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation and social or economic status. Advice and help will be given on any subject without any preconceived attitude on the part of the service.
